This experiential session invites you into a deeper encounter with your inner landscape through the lens of the Enneagram and the wisdom of the first three steps of the 12-step journey.

Designed for those with a foundational understanding of one or both both systems, this is not about addiction or recovery narratives, but rather a series of gentle invitations into self-discovery, integration, and transformation.

Together, we will explore how the archetypal energies of the Enneagram illuminate the movement of:

• Letting go of the illusion of control

• Opening to support beyond the ego

• Reclaiming trust in a deeper inner guidance

Through the intelligence of your body and heart, as well as your mind, you will be guided into your embodied awareness—the gift of your presence. We will explore, journal and share what is for sharing.Each centre is a doorway into reflection, helping you anchor insight and deepen your personal experience of the work.
