A walk in the woods like you have never known!
Soul Shed wellness walks have become a popular contribution to Altons Walking Festival, and so we have decided to make them a regular thing. Feel free to share with friends you think might enjoy!
These interactive walks are for curious adults, and a gentle way to explore your creativity and to get to know yourself better.
Coming Up:
On Friday June 12th we will take a relaxed evening stroll to discover wild orchids in a very special location near Selbourne, Hampshire, with local agronomist and passionate wild-flower enthusiast Nick Cooper.
Further details and meeting point on booking.
This event is by donation, which cover our costs in putting on these walks and helps us develop these offerings.
